About Hugh

Hugh Robertson is a freelance journalist based in Sydney, Australia. Over the past few years Hugh’s work has been published in school- and student-run publications, including Sydney University’s Honi Soit and The Bull, as well as most of the major street press publications in the country, including Sydney’s The Brag, Brisbane’s Scene, Melbourne’s Beat and Perth’s X-Press. For much of this time Hugh has also been a regular contributor to FasterLouder.com.au, Australia’s leading online independent music hub.

The focus of much of this work has been on music journalism, but Hugh also maintains a healthy interest in politics, film and sport.
